Si tu cherches à renforcer tes compétences et à aider les entreprises à accélérer leur transformation numérique, nous t’invitons à te joindre à notre équipe Votre défi consistera à : Assurer l'analyse des besoins du client et la documenter; Soutenir le client dans la validation et la compréhension de l'analyse; Identifier les opportunités pour l’optimisation des processus ; Communiquer les besoins des clients en spécifications fonctionnelles à l'équipe de développement ; Concevoir et aider à l'exécution de processus de migration de données ; Assurer l'intégration des systèmes existants avec le module ; Effectuer les tests intégrés ; Participer au contrôle qualité et assurer l’intégrité de l’information ; Assurer le bon déroulement de la mise en œuvre de la solution ; Documenter les différentes solutions mises en place (règles d’affaires, règles de flux, schématisation, documentation utilisateur, etc.) ; Former et supporter les clients dans l’utilisation de la solution ; Élaborer et participer à des démonstrations de ventes de la solution au besoin. Ce que vous apportez à l’équipe : Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, ingénierie ou l’équivalent; Minimum de cinq (5) ans d’expérience en configuration, personnalisation et intégration de la solution Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365; Grand sens de l’organisation avec un sens aigu des priorités ; Autonomie et leadership ; Excellentes habiletés de communication en français et en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. Thinkmax possède des clients à Toronto, Moncton et aux États-Unis, comme nous ne pouvons garantir à 100% que la personne sera sur un projet francophone à Montréal, le bilinguisme est primordial afin de pouvoir bien servir tous nos clients; Maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office ; Expérience avec le domaine manufacturier (un atout); Peut voyager de façon régulière au Canada et aux États-Unis. What you bring to the team : Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or a related discipline ; Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in configuration, customization and integration of Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 ; Strong organizational skills with a strong sense of priorities ; Autonomy and leadership; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French. Thinkmax has clients in Toronto, Moncton and the United States, as we cannot guarantee 100% that the person will be on a French-speaking project in Montreal, bilingualism is essential in order to be able to properly serve all our clients; Knowledge of MS Office; Experience with the manufacturing field (an asset); May travel on a regular basis to Canada and the United States.
