Job Description

Job Title: ServiceNow Platform Administrator Apex Systems is a global IT services provider and our staffing practice has an opening for a ServiceNow Platform Administrator to place at our client, within Enterprise Services Client. Location: Ontario or British Columbia Job Type: Contract to Hire Application Process: Please submit your resume via the platform you are using. Key Responsibilities: Respond to and resolve incidents and requests from end users. Continuously improve and evolve the platform configuration. Work on third-party tool integrations. Collaborate with the implementation vendor on platform development and enhancements. Handle platform updates, security patching, licensing management, and reporting. Qualifications: ServiceNow Foundation and ServiceNow Administrator certifications. 5-8 years of experience managing a ServiceNow platform. Familiarity with basic ServiceNow development skills like Flow Designer. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work proactively and challenge the status quo when needed.
