To help our growing agents, we need an amazing Enterprise Account Manager like you, to hand hold Real Estate Agents, teach them about the best techniques to get leads, and get more exposure on their social media. The role requires you to follow up with newly joined customers, educating them and making sure they are happy with the service. As such, we need passionate operators to drive success for our customers. This role includes responsibilities for Customer Success activities (e.g., onboarding, support, services, adoption, advocacy, retention, etc.). We are looking for candidates with diverse backgrounds and experience preferably in the REAL ESTATE industry, who are aligned with our values and vision. We expect you to have great communication and organization skills and believe that success is a team sport. Key Responsibilities and Requirements: Proven leadership of customer success teams, goal setting, and promoting a team-oriented environment. Skilled in streamlining customer success processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and satisfaction. Experienced in monitoring customer success metrics, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights. Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprise-level clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries and support needs. Develop and implement strategies to expand revenue opportunities within existing client accounts, driving upsell and cross-sell initiatives. Gather client feedback on product functionality and features, advocating for enhancements or improvements to better meet client needs. Provide ongoing education and training to clients on best practices, new features, and industry trends to maximize their success with our platform. Collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales, product development, and marketing to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of customer success initiatives. Qualifications: 5 years in Customer Success in a B2B SaaS business, preferably in the REAL ESTATE industry. Strong grasp of customer needs and the critical role of process and technology in achieving business goals. High empathy for customers combined with a strong drive for revenue growth. Adept at creating business cases using data to support new processes. Proficient in interpreting data analytics to enhance customer value. Capable of working effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. Exceptional communication abilities, essential for representing the company to customers.
