Senior Business Systems Analyst

My client is a reputable packaging solution provider in the market with digital transformation initiatives to maximize business outcomes. They are currently looking for a Lead Business Systems Analyst to contribute to the digital delivery portfolio. Position will be responsible for global systems deployment (CRM, ERP, MES, Supply Chain, and Financial Systems) working directly with key business leads to collect business requirements, prepare functional specifications, prototype defined functionality and assist in the overall change associated with a global deployment. Responsibilities: Act as the Functional lead on key IT transformation projects from conception to implementation. Business requirements’ gathering in the context of the new ERP implementation and transformation (including formal documentation of processes and fit/gap analysis against the business processes available in the selected technology software). Support the design, construction, and implementation phases by working closely with solution architects and/or 3rd. party systems integrators and reviewing design documents and ensuring requirements are met. Manage and maintain enterprise solutions through continued Operational Support – acting as a business advocate within technology organization; includes production support and ongoing enhancements. Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities. Lead QA and testing strategy, creation of test plans and test cases to ensure requirements are met, coordinating, and supporting business functional teams and project workstreams on testing initiatives, and reviewing defects and working with teams to determine the priority of fix and/or manual work around. Requirements: B.S. or M.S. degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain or similar. Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PBA) is a big plus. 10 years’ experience leading ERP and ancillary technology implementations or digital transformation, preferably in Manufacturing. Experience with CRM, ERP, MES, Supply Chain, and Financial Systems. Affinity or understanding of business environments and processes from the manufacturing or Supply Chain industry Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships to obtain consensus and engagement among multiple partners.
