We are looking for a Junior Lead Generator to join our team in downtown Toronto. The role will to support the sales teams with researching target clients, mapping out key decision makers. understanding hiring needs across our sectors and providing the team with insight and data. In addition to this, you will be required to communicate with candidates, understanding their job searches, adding them to the system and providing key information to the sales leads. What are we looking for in our new colleague? The role would be suitable to a recent graduate looking to start a career in sales and recruitment. You will need to be a confident out going person, great at communicating and building rapport with people. This role will have KPI's to work towards so a strong work ethic is required and someone who thrives working towards targets and deadlines. If you graduated in recent years and experience in Customer Service, Telesales, B2B sales, B2C Sales then we would love to hear from you too.
