Directeur Logiciel

Le Directeur Logiciel sera responsable de gérer plusieurs équipes de développement afin d’effectuer une transition importante dans le système cœur des opérations de la compagnie. PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT • Contribuer au décommissionnement du système AS/400 sur plusieurs années • Collaborer avec une équipe de plus de 20 personnes afin d’effectuer cette migration • S’assurer du succès des différents livrables et apporter une vision stratégique globale • Veiller aux différents risques du portefolio de projets • Éliminer les bloquants et jouer le rôle de facilitateur PROFIL • 10 années d’expérience en tant que Directeur Logiciel • Expérience en intégrations ERP en grands environnements • Bonne connaissance en environnement mainframe (fort atout) • Fort esprit de collaboration et bonnes habiletés relationnelles • Aisance en gestion multi-projets • BAC en informatique ou l’équivalent • Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais) ______________ The Software Director will be responsible for managing multiple development teams to carry out a significant transition in the core system of the company’s operations.
