Their goal is to foster a thriving ecosystem where startups, investors, and key industry players can connect and grow together. They are seeking a driven and charismatic Partnership Manager to take charge of all Partnership-related activities and help them expand our network and impact. Job Overview : As the Partnership Manager, you will be at the forefront of building and managing relationships with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders. Your role will be crucial in creating a vibrant community both online and offline by organizing events, securing partnerships, and developing long-term sponsorships. You will be the go-to person for partnership strategy and execution, ensuring the partners have a valuable and engaging experience with the community. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential sponsors, partners, and community stakeholders to drive support for all initiatives. Develop and implement sponsorship strategies that align with the company's mission to build the startup community. Create customized sponsorship packages, proposals, and presentations for various types of sponsors and partners. Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing sponsors to ensure continued collaboration and success. Organize and manage events—both virtual and in-person—to foster relationships between sponsors, startups, and the wider community. Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Collaborate with internal teams to align sponsorship activities with the overall goals of the community and other ongoing initiatives. Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new opportunities for partnerships and growth. Attend and represent the company at industry events, startup meetups, and other networking opportunities to forge new relationships. Track and report on sponsorship performance and partnership outcomes, ensuring alignment with company goals. Requirements: Proven experience in partnership management, development, and sales, particularly within the startup or event management ecosystem. Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders, including sponsors, community leaders, and startups. Charismatic personality with a passion for community building and long-term relationship management. Experience in organizing and participating in community, business, or networking events. Strong presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to pitch to high-level stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple sponsorships and partnerships simultaneously, with excellent organizational skills. Experience in creating and managing sponsorship proposals, contracts, and partnership agreements. A strong understanding of the startup environment and its challenges. Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sponsorship targets. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred. Nice to Have: Experience in community building or event management. A strong personal network of sponsors and industry contacts. Familiarity with online community-building tools and platforms.
