Position Summary As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for selling to new and existing customers within a defined territory. This role involves selling new material handling equipment and other products or services as defined by the current commission package. Liftow Offers Competitive salary and commission structure 3 weeks’ vacation Daytime schedule from Monday-Friday Employer paid benefits such as: medical insurance, dental, vision, disability coverage, life insurance and more Car and Gas Allowance Paid Sick Days RRSP Match Advancement opportunities Extensive hands-on Training program Specific Accountabilities Achieves sales targets as determined by company Contacts current customers to sell new Toyota brand Class 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 material handling equipment Solicits new business within territory Performs a customer service function including initiating and follow-up with customers to resolve problems as it relates to invoicing, products or services Prepares and presents quotes and recommends products or services based on customer business needs Prepare and submit call reports and monthly sales reports – as required Creates and maintains sales activity on a regular basis in CRMD Maintains proper visibility/coverage within defined territory and reporting on such as required (i.e. lost order reporting) Will initiate the introduction of service associates to a customer Key Responsibilities: • Achieve and exceed sales targets while expanding our customer base. • Cultivate relationships with existing customers to introduce new products and services. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. • Prepare tailored quotes and recommendations to meet customer needs. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on your progress. What We’re Looking For: A proactive and motivated individual with 2-5 years of experience in industrial sales; experience in material handling or capital equipment sales is a plus. Bilingual in English and French, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong ability to build rapport and provide creative solutions for clients.
