Job Description
Job title: Pipeline Integrity Engineer (Intermediate) Location: Calgary Contract length: 01 year Start date: Oct 07th, 2024 Schedule: Mon-Fri (40 hours/week) Hybrid Description : Our client is a major North American energy company based in Calgary, Alberta - Canada, that develops and operates natural gas pipelines, storage facilities and power-generation plants, with focus on renewable energy sources. What you’ll do: Complete detailed technical engineering assessments which include the review of pipeline integrity information, evaluation of the pipeline condition, and determination of fitness for service Critically review data and multi-variate data analysis Collaborate and communicate with business units to understand and address their needs Assist in the monitoring for compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements Provide technical direction and advice to all aspects of Pipeline Integrity Engineering Provide support with data gathering, analysis and reporting. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Licensed Engineer or Registered Professional Engineer (APEGA) Minimum of 6 years of experience in pipeline integrity, project management, risk and reliability or related field Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency with Canadian and US pipeline regulations Experience in audit, assurance, and regulatory engagements Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment, remain organized and maintain a strong focus and attention to detail Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Creative, 'out-of-the-box' thinking Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong data analysis and presentation skills with demonstrated Project Management skills Apply here or send your resume to globalrecruitmentnesfircroft.com directly to apply.
