Customer Service Representative

We are hiring for our client in the financial services industry. Duration: 6 months Responsibilities: Handle 30-40 inbound calls daily , providing excellent customer service. Process account changes, withdrawals, loans , and other transactions. Provide retirement account information and assist with forms and rejections. Stay up to date with company policies, procedures , and processes. Meet key performance metrics like customer satisfaction , accuracy, and reliability. Requirements: 2 years of customer service experience. Strong communication skills (verbal and written); bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. Ability to assist with website/app navigation and resolve account issues. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases. Post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred. Familiarity with 401k/pension plans (or equivalent) is an asset.
