Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to lead and manage Data & Analytics projects, ensuring successful delivery to our clients. The ideal candidate will provide technical expertise, mentor junior team members, and develop innovative data-driven solutions. Responsibilities: Lead and manage Data & Analytics projects, ensuring successful delivery to clients. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members. Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop data-driven solutions. Oversee data collection, cleansing, and preparation processes. Design and implement data architectures, data models and data integration solutions. Develop, maintain, and communicate project plans and delivery schedules. Qualifications: Minimum of 8 -10 years of experience in data and analytics projects. Experience leading project teams and managing project delivery. Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions to clients. Strong technical background in data and analytics technologies, including data warehousing, data lakes, and big data (Spark, Hive) platforms. Knowledge of data visualization and BI tools, such as Tableau and Power BI. Experience with data modelling and data governance. Strong SQL skills and experience with database technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server. Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions, such as AWS and Azure.
