Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Address and resolve store-related queries in a timely and professional manner. Assist with various marketing activities as needed, under the direction of the Marketing Manager. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively. Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional activities. Travel as required to fulfil job responsibilities. Requirements: Education & Experience: Must have prior experience in a Retail/FMCG environment. Language Skills: Bilingual in English and an African language. Other Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
