Qualifications Electrical Engineering Degree/Diploma Skills Minimum of 8 - 10 years' experience in the electrical engineering industry, in particular Substation/Transmission/Distribution related work. Sound estimating and tendering experience Sound knowledge of General Conditions of Contracts (FIDIC, NEC, GCC, etc.)
