Electrician

Skills Required:

• Manufacturing environment on manufacturing equipment.


• Working on CNC machines

• Allen Bradley CNC experience would be preferred

• Electricians with Journeyman's card, or 7+ years of direct electrician experience.


• Must have experience in a manufacturing environment on manufacturing equipment – NOT facilities maintenance.


• Experience industrial maintenance, electrical maintenance, high voltage (medium voltage), 480V, 120V, down to 24 volt DC circuitry.


• Electric work must be on machines in the manufacturing environment, in any industry PLC experience, Allen Bradley preferred


• Familiar with going through the parameters of Program Frequency Drives (controls engineers help with this but familiarity is important) Three Rivers is a CNC Machining facility, so having CNC experience would be preferred.


• Experience with Fanuc and Siemens controllers on CNC machines preferred.


• Candidate should be experienced with PLCs, CNCs, Frequency Drives, motors, and associated circuity.


• Most importantly, should be able to show examples of troubleshooting these items.


• They will be exposed to but not limited to 24v DC, 120v, 277v, and 480v circuits.


• Troubleshooting can range from troubleshooting proximity switches, light screens and safety circuits, cables, ethernet and communication issues, motors, drives, relays, etc.

• Automotive industry experience preferred.


• Experience with Fanuc and Siemens controllers on CNC machines preferred.
