Job Description
We are an industry-leading provider of general contracting and design build services for the federal government. Performing heavy civil and vertical construction, our teams build unique structures and infrastructure. We are currently in need of a QC Manager in our OK office.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction QC Manager to ensure that all construction projects meet quality standards set by federal and state regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of QC Analysts and overseeing the quality control process in both heavy civil and vertical structures, as well as electrical and civil infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital and medical construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Oversee a team of QC Analysts and ensure their work meets established quality standards
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure that construction projects are in compliance with all applicable regulations and specifications
- Provide guidance and support to project teams to improve quality and reduce rework
- Work with project managers to identify and address quality issues and concerns
- Provide regular quality control reports to senior management and project stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction quality control, with experience in heavy civil and vertical structures, as well as electrical and civil infrastructure
- Experience with federal and state regulations related to construction quality control
- Experience in hospital and medical construction projects preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
