Job Description

• Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets and scopes of work
• Draft and execute subcontracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Independently execute monthly job cost forecasts and maintain updated job schedules
• Oversee bid scoping and subcontract management with minimal supervision
• Lead outreach efforts to subcontractors and manage bid processes
• Evaluate bids for accuracy
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Interact with clients, architects, and engineers as needed
• Travel approximately 3-4 days per month, with occasional extended trips

The Successful Applicant

• 10+ years of construction industry experience
• Mastery in scoping out bids and drafting and executing subcontracts
• Ability to independently execute accurate monthly job cost forecasts and updated job schedules
• Proven track record of working effectively with minimal supervision
• Experience in multifamily housing is a plus, but not required
• Collaborative, adaptable, and growth-oriented personality
