PLEASE PROVIDE PROOFS / COVID VAC OR STATUS AND UPLOAD WITH PROFILE.Demonstrates clinical competence by utilizing the nursing process. The RN must assess and identify patient problems/needs, establish a plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate and revise the patient plan of care based on patient progress. Speare Memorial Hospital is a 100,000 square foot Critical Access Hospital located in the heart of New Hampshire between the scenic Lakes Region and the White Mountain National Forest. Speare Memorial Hospital is “up the hill” from Main St. Plymouth’s downtown area and adjacent to Plymouth State University.We are approximately 25 minutes from Lincoln, Meredith, Wentworth and Bristol.
