Essential Functions
* Provide all customers with a WOW customer service
* Be comfortable working inside attic spaces and be able to work on ladders
* Remove all hazardous, non-hazardous materials, trash, etc. from the job site
* Perform all assigned installation tasks, and any other functions specified by the Lead Tech / Project Manager.
* Review and confirm the products to be installed according to the Installation Agreement and Standards
* Identify and report to the Lead Tech any additional opportunities for the installation of measures
* Assist the Lead Tech in identifying tools and material necessary for the completion of the job.
* Assist the Lead Tech in documenting all installed products on the approved work order including any pertinent notes
* Follow all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment providing and taking direction
* Knowledge of attic insulation installs and procedures preferred
* Comfortable working in tight spaces or on ladders, working in adverse weather conditions (cold, hot, rain, snow, wind, etc.).
* Skilled with a variety of hand and power tools
* Ability to troubleshoot basic lighting and wiring problems
* Be able to move up to 50 pounds
* Must possess safety awareness, and conduct all activities in a safe manner adhering to safety guidelines
* Be organized, detail-oriented, and have good problem-solving skills
* Must have excellent communication skills
* Good driving record and a valid drivers license
