Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Support Worker to join a brand new small sized residential supported living service based in Fulwood.
This home specialise in providing rehabilitation and recovery focused services for those with complex and enduring mental health issues.
They are recruiting for Senior Support Workers to join their experienced and qualified care team on permanent contracts.

12 hour shifts
Requirements of the Senior Support Worker Role:
* A kind and caring person
* Experience in administering medication
* Previous experience as a senior support worker
* Experience working with learning disabilities and mental health
* Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and mental capacity legislation
* NVQ in Health & Social Care desirable
Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of support workers to ensure high standards of care and professional development
* Develop and implement care plans
* Support residents with daily living activities
* Monitor and manage risk within the home
