Territory Account Manager (South UK)

Our client, the leading manufacturer and distributor of construction and Specialist Products across the UK, is actively seeking a dynamic Field Based Account Manager to join their team.

Your Role

This is a field-based account management role. Inheriting an established and well performing area, with a portfolio of circa 100 accounts. You will be expected to promote and advise our clients with our full portfolio of products. Working closely with branch operatives and regional managers to achieve maximum profitability and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and service.

What Our Client Is Looking For:

* Sales Experience: Desirable within the construction, distribution, building supplies, or related industry.

* Location: Candidates must have a Full UK License and reside in the south of the UK.

* Ownership: Capable of managing your own territory, with a proactive approach to winning new business and retaining existing accounts.

* Customer Focus: Relationship-oriented, ensuring excellent customer care and long-term satisfaction.

* Team Player: Reliable, self-motivated, and collaborative working closely with internal and external colleagues.

* Commercial Awareness: Able to plan and execute a territory visit program with industry insight.

* Communication Skills: Excellent phone and face-to-face communication skills.

* Strategic Mindset: Drive profitability and contribute to company success.

* Lead Generation: Happy to generate leads and capitalize on given prospects.

* Tech-Savvy: Basic Microsoft Office skills (or a willingness to learn)
