Salary: £26,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary - Permanent
About the Role:
We are recruiting for a skilled Arborist, providing a comprehensive arboriculture service for our social housing client. This role is key in maintaining and ensuring the health and safety of our tree stocks, as well as delivering high-quality service for our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance of tree stocks, ensuring a healthy, safe, and sustainable environment.
Supervise and guide the arboriculture team in the absence of the Lead Arborist.
Carry out arboriculture works according to seasonal demands and schedules, adhering to the highest safety standards.
Ensure all tools, machinery, and vehicles are properly maintained and report any damages.
Work closely with the team to plan tasks and assess resource needs.
Comply with Health and Safety regulations and take appropriate action in emergencies.
Provide exceptional customer service by keeping grounds clean, safe, and adhering to service standards.About You:
Relevant qualifications in Arboriculture (CS30, CS31, CS32, CS38, CS39).
A full, clean driving license is required.
Experience working in a social housing environment is desirable.
Good knowledge of Health and Safety practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
