We're on the lookout for three superstar Level 2 (Senior) Social Workers to join our Adult Social Care Hospital Team at Pilgrim Hospital, Boston.

As a Senior Social Worker, You’ll…



work on our dynamic 7-day rota, you’ll work 1 in 3 weekends—but don’t worry, we’ll plan your shifts at least 3 months in advance, so you can still plan your weekends!



As a hospital-based Level 2 Social Worker, you’ll be more than just a part of the adult social care team—you’ll also be embedded in a close-knit group alongside NHS staff and third-sector professionals.

A Bit About You:



We’re looking for someone with a professional Social Work qualification (DIPSW, CQSW, CETSW, CSS, or BA Social Work) and registration with Social Work England.



But qualifications aside, what we’re really looking for is:
