Job Description

Our client is seeking a Commercial Contract Manager to support their growth in a strategically important commercial market. This newly created role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and Management Team, overseeing the company’s commercial contracts and contributing to business success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of commercial contracts, from pre-contract negotiations to post-award governance and compliance
  • Support the sales team in pricing, contract negotiations, and risk mitigation. Must have experience in bidding
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure contracts are implemented and executed in line with terms and conditions
  • Oversee the financial profitability of contracts and ensure regulatory commitments are met.
  • Manage risk and change processes, ensuring customer requirements are addressed


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in commercial and contract management within a B2B environment, specifically contract delivery
  • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with cost models and project profitability management.
  • International experience is a plus.
