Here at GXO, we are on the lookout for a Systems First Line Manager to join our team at our Wellingborough site. You will work within the systems team, to support the site in ensuring both systems software and hardware are maintaining maximal uptime.

This is a full-time, permanent position and the working hours will be Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

What youll do on a typical day:

• Achieve and exceed KPI target expectations (budget spend, uptime & service delivery KPIs).
• Manage customer IT ticket queues in line with agreed SLAs
• To ensure that the hardware and software are running smoothly and any issues with the systems are resolved in line with agreed Service SLAs
• Act as escalation point for first line support of IT hardware, software, network, and operating systems issues

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Previous experience with WMS systems, DLX knowledge would be an advantage
• Experience of working in a complex, fast-moving environment
• Demonstrable competence in leading and managing diverse teams
• Previous IT management experience with a robust understanding of Systems management processes
