What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement the technical roadmap, driving innovation and maintaining the company’s leadership in AI for sports.

• Lead the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.

• Oversee the deployment of cutting-edge technologies, including Azure, Open AI, and Gen AI solutions.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical strategies align with broader business goals.

• Mentor and develop engineers, contributing to their professional growth and building a world-class team.

What We’re Looking For in the Head of Engineering /Site Lead:

• Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role.

• Expertise in Azure, Open AI, and Gen AI technologies.

• Tech Stack for the Engineering team is: Python, Javascript, C#, HTML/CSS

• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making acumen.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A passion for the SportsTech industry
