A leading Bridgend-based engineering consultancy have an incredibly important opportunity for an accomplished Principal or Associate Structural Engineer to help lead their building structures team. You will be leading a team of experienced structural engineers, working on a number of projects across both the residential and commercial sectors.

- You will be leading complex projects and inspiring your team to achieve excellence

- Lead and oversee structural engineering projects from concept to completion

- Develop innovative design solutions for a variety of structures

- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project success

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and development

- Conduct site inspections and provide technical expertise during construction

- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations

- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the structural engineering team
