Job Description

Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, 4+ PQE, Lancashire, £40,000- £50,000 DOE. Join a team of skilled legal professionals committed to making a real impact in their clients' lives, where your skills will thrive, and your contributions will be valued.







OVERVIEW:

•Manage a busy caseload of up to 100 files

•Caseload will consist of but not limited to leasehold, freehold, re-mortgages, new builds

•Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents.

•Applications are open to qualified solicitors with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE

•Adept at managing a high-volume Residential Conveyancing workload

•Strong understanding of property law and regulations.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
