We are looking for two Area Planners to join our established team within Guinness Property providing a high quality, planning and co-ordination service for Responsive Repairs.

Based in Oldham, these are permanent full-time positions working 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 8am-4pm on Friday. Hybrid working is available. During training and induction, you will be fully based in our Oldham office for approximately for 4 weeks.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Experience of working with databases.
• Experience of working in social housing.

Desirable:

• Experience of working with large volume data processing activities.
• Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
• Experience of working with subcontractors.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Experience of working with invoices / accounts.
