Position: Multi Skilled Carpenter

Salary: £ 37,103

Location: Gloucestershire

Contract: Permanent

Bonuses: Call Out, Pension, 28 days Holiday Allowance plus BH, Van/Fuel card

Multi Skilled Carpenter

My client is looking for a experienced and professional multi trade carpenter to join their ambitious and highly professional maintenance team.

In their trades team you will play an important role in carrying out repairs work, maintenance, upgrading and improving homes across the Leicester area.

Candidates must be a highly experienced carpenter who is competent in carrying out carpentry related tasking in addition to basic other trades.

You will be a key part in ensuring that homes are maintained and repaired to a great standard.

Work will cover the below regions: Leicester

Candidates must have a can-do attitude with a high level of customer service.

What's on offer:

Permanent Salary: up to £37,103

  • 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
  • Van & Fuel Card

Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ L2 Carpentry
  • Experience of working as a carpenter in the building trade
  • You must be used to fitting complete kitchens and completed a large number of these in the past; this will be your main job and this is essential for you to be considered for this role
  • Experience of working for a Social Landlord, housing association or council
  • Associated trade skills of basic plumbing, plaster patching and wall tiling would also be desirable
  • Experience of delivering multi-trade work
  • Full UK Driving License
