They have enjoyed continued growth in both the domestic and export markets and have a strong order book and an exciting future.Due to continued growth we are looking to recruit an experienced Electrical & Test Engineer to join their team.

The purpose of the role is to carry out the electrical and mechanical assembly of standard and special products, parts and sub- assemblies.

Key duties include;

To carry out the electrical assembly of parts, sub- assemblies and products in line with the requirements of engineering drawings.

To prepare products for testing, including powering up products and carrying out pre- test

safety checks.

To follow Company Quality Control procedures i.e. ISO9001 2015

To test products in line with Company procedures

To maintain production in line with the production plan and instructions from the departmental supervisor/planner to ensure that other production departments are supplied with products and parts to maintain their own plan.

To carry out, where appropriate, repairs and maintenance to plant and equipment

Occasional site work

To be considered for this position the successful candidate must have;

Panel Wiring experience necessary

18th/19th Edition ** Absolutely an advantage!

Able to read Electrical Schematics

Mechanical assembly skills

Ability to work unaided.

Hours of work are 37 per week, Monday to Friday or there is an option to work a 9 day fortnight giving you every other Friday off.
