Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with experience in generating enquiries, closing deals, and managing sales accounts. Experience within the healthcare industry, particularly with NHS trusts, health boards, and hospitals, is advantageous. This role requires a proactive approach to meeting procurement and health professionals, demonstrating our products, and establishing our company’s presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market presence within the NHS and public sector.

Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building with procurement professionals, biomedical engineers, and other key stakeholders.

Manage and monitor all sales accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate recording of sales activities.

Demonstrate our products effectively, addressing customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

Travel across the UK to meet clients, conduct product demonstrations, and attend industry events.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new prospects.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support for our products.

Requirements

Proven sales experience with a successful track record of generating leads, closing deals, and managing accounts.

Prior experience within the healthcare industry, particularly with NHS trusts, health boards, and hospitals, is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of the healthcare products market, including medical devices, vitamins, and waste management solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.

Self-motivated and able to work independently, with strong organizational and time management skills.

Willingness to travel across the UK as required.

Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting.
