Relationship Case Manager - Redhill, Hybrid

A bit about us..

Powertutors is a national tuition agency working primarily with schools and local authorities providing tuition to children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. Our Relationship Case Managers are the first point of contact for clients and are responsible for arranging tuition and are integral to the day-to-day operations of our business.

Role overview..

* The role involves working with a large number of clients, tutors and young people in an area.

* You will work closely with clients to assess the student needs and match the needs with an appropriate tutor.

* As well as connecting the student with the tutor you will continue to work with the student and client to monitor and evaluate the success of the tuition.

* This role also involves account management of clients in your area which may include meeting clients face to face, calling clients and other activities.

* During the school holidays account managers are involved in the recruitment of tutors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Student-Tutor Matching: Connect students with suitable tutors based on their unique needs and learning styles, creating a tailored educational experience.

* Tutor Recruitment: Source and evaluate potential tutors, working closely with the screening team to maintain a pool of qualified educators.

* Case Management: Oversee student cases from start to finish, ensuring a positive experience for all involved parties.

* Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, parents/guardians, and tutors, creating a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of GCSE English at Grade 6/7/B or higher: Strong communication skills are essential.

* A degree in a relevant field is preferred.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Build connections and support effectively.

* Experience in education is preferable.

* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities: Keep things running smoothly.

* Self-driven and goal-oriented: Strive for excellence and results.

* Friendly, caring, and approachable: Create a warm and supportive atmosphere.
