Contracts Manager - Groundworks

My client is an industry leading contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.

We are currently recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager to join the company and oversee various groundworks, civils, and RC contracts across the South East and South West.

My client has perm opportunities for successful candidates.

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!

Contracts Manager Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside the Director and Operations Director.

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Producing programmes

• RAMS

• Quality Assurance.

• Managing the labour and putting men to work.

• Providing progress reports

• Overseeing various contracts simultaneously

• Liasising with commercial teams ensuring projects are progressing well financially.

• Lisaising with site team and engineers

• Holding frequent meetings with client

Contracts Manager Requirements:

• CSCS

• SMSTS

• First aid

• Temporary Works Coordinator (beneficial)

• Experienced in managing groundworks, civils, and RC packages for specialist contractors in a Contracts Manager position.

• 15+ years management experience
