M&E Shift Lead (DAYS ONLY)

£50,000 + 20 Days Shift Hol
Your new company
* An established and developing Facilities Management and Technical Services provider.
Your new role
* Working 7am - 7pm, 4 on 4 off DAYS ONLY shifts, overseeing 1 shift technician’s across a prestigious commercial office, based in Central London.
* Planned and reactive maintenance across the site, minor repairs, fault finding, overseeing subcontractors, RAMS, ensuring logbooks are up to date and managing shift cover and the shift handover.
* Emergency light testing, fire alarm tests, light replacements, basic plumbing, temp testing, flushing, AHU’s, FCU’s, UPS, generators, PAT testing, and general building service maintenance duties.
* Working as part of a wider team, engaging with the client directly, getting involved in team meetings etc.
What you'll need to succeed
* You will need to have experience working in an M&E or multi-skilled maintenance role, preferably within a building services / FM environment.
* Lead engineer experience is highly beneficial.
* Any electrical, mechanical or HVAC qualifications would be highly desirable.
