Freelance Site Manager

Specialist roof and cladding contractor are looking for a freelance Site Manager to oversee a felt re-roofing contract on a flat roof for a 1 storey building. As the no.1 on site you will be responsible for overseeing the supervision and control for the contractors direct labour force, health & safety to ensure that contract programme is adhered to on time and budget, you will also be responsible for chairing any client progress meetings and reporting back to the Construction Director.

CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement, experience working for a roofing contractor or working on roofing projects would be beneficial but not essential, working for a local regional or main contractor would also be preferable
