Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an RT Kit Sales and Social Media Coordinator. This role is crucial in driving our sales at events and expanding our brand presence on social media.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Sales (3 days/week):

- Manage the RT Kit stall at various events across the North & Midlands UK.

- Engage with customers, promote products, and drive sales.

- Ensure the stall is attractively displayed and stocked with popular items.

Warehouse and Inventory (1 day/week):

- Restock and prepare kit for upcoming events.

- Communicate with the North warehouse regarding quantities needed and receive event-specific t-shirts.

Social Media and Marketing (1 day/week):

- Create and manage social media posts to promote upcoming events and new products.

- Plan and execute photoshoots.

- Collaborate with the RT social media team to align strategies and content.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the sports or apparel industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

- Passion for running and a good understanding of the running community.

- Comfortable traveling to events, working regular weekends, and driving a van.
