An excellent opportunity for an Experienced Commercial Administrator to join a well-established company based in York.

Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent.

Salary: Competitive Salary, Depending on Experience.

Location: York, YO32

Working Hours: Circa 20 Hours / Week (Wednesday / Thursday / Friday.

About the Company:

They are an industry leading specialist in commercial interiors, providing high quality office refurbishments and shop fitting services to a large client base across the UK. As a result of their continued success, they are looking to recruit a Commercial Administrator to join their team based at their Head Office on the outskirts of York.

About the Role:

Organised and methodical with an eye for detail required. Administering several key company functions with a numeric slant

Production of Quotations

H/S Accreditations

Control of Financial Documents

Maintaining Personnel Records:

Training Records / CSCS

Time Sheets

Salaries

Employment Contracts

Licenses

Other Duties:

Fleet

Phone Contracts

Fuel Cards

Candidate Requirements:

Previous Experience within a similar role.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
