Maintenance Officer

We have a current opportunity for a Maintenance Officer on a temporary basis. The initial role will be for around 3 months however there will be long term/permanent opportunities within the organisation. Start would be as soon as possible.

You will join the maintenance team and the main duties will be:

• assist with reactive, cyclical, void and planned maintenance works for occupied and unoccupied housing from
• pre-inspection through to post inspection and customer satisfaction
• raising works orders
• managing internal and external contractors
• monitoring the standard and quality of works
• payment/management of invoices
• you will also manage legionella and asbestos issues related to works

The client is ideally looking for someone from a trades background who has experience working at an assistant or officer level or who has an HNC in constrution.
