Sewing Machinist

Industrial Sewing Machinist/Upholsterer required for an immediate start in Kingsbridge, Devon. £25,000 - £33,000 DOE for a permanent role.

Wise Employment are looking for an Industrial Sewing Machinist for one of our fast growing and exciting clients for their site in Kingsbridge.

You will be responsible for the construction of all products from start to finish including;

• To repair, alter and produce products for customers to the highest possible standard.
• You will be using different materials including; vinyl, foam and various other fabrics
• Liaise with the Production Supervisor should you be aware that deadlines won't be met.
• Ensure machines and equipment are in good working order
• Attend training when required.

As an Industrial Sewing Machinist experience using an industrial sewing machine would be an advantage but isn't essential as full training can be given. Impeccable attention to detail is a must have. Being a positive team player and having a great level of communication is essential due to the nature of work involved.
