Test Manager

Test Manager (German Speaking) - Contract - Competitive day rate - Hybrid

Please note - This role is hybrid in office, you will need to travel to client site in Central London. You must be commutable to London/UK citizen to apply for this role, unfortunately sponsorship is not on offer for this position.

La Fosse is partnering with a leading insurance client to recruit a Test Manager. This role requires strong German-speaking skills and proven experience in leading testing teams. You’ll be responsible for overseeing test strategies, managing multiple projects, and ensuring top-quality delivery in a dynamic environment. Ideal for candidates with expertise in insurance and test management.

Key Requirements:

• Design and Implement Robust Testing Plans and Strategies
• In-depth experience of automation testing methodologies (e.g., Selenium, HP UFT), and DevOps practices.
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to motivate and manage global business teams effectively within demanding testing deadlines and timescales.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent German Speaker

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong combination of technical expertise, exceptional stakeholder management abilities, and a proven history of successfully executing comprehensive, high-quality testing cycles.

Compensation:

This role is offering a competitive day rate + Hybrid Working
