The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Working Student (m/f/*) Marketing for EMEA Purification and Filtration, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Supporting the Marketing team in the diverse day-to-day business for EMEA countries

• Collaborating with our team in delivering successful growth programs, f2f events and/or webinars

• Learning more about how we are driving E2E campaigns and determining (digital) communication channels for effective customer engagement

• Gathering and analyzing results of diverse digital campaigns and channels (e.g. marketing automation emails, paid social, Solventum websites, etc.)

• Reporting marketing and competition insights

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Ongoing Bachelor studies in a business-oriented program with a focus on Marketing

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Independent, structured, and analytical way of working, as well as the ability to work in multicultural teams with good communication skills

• Comfortable in working remotely

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Background or previous experience in Marketing

• Language skills in German, French or Dutch

• Experience in Project Management

Work location: Hybrid
