Skills and Responsibilities: •Provides significant technical leadership and development experience to lead end-to-end technology execution of the requested business solutions. •Great relationship management, soft-skills, and communication skills (verbal and written) and partnership skills. •Lead Technology initiatives that do not require a PM (project manager) •ensure scope is understood, put together and work through the project plan and facilitate the delivery of the initiative, while working closely with Tech team and associated partners. •Work closely with the project PM to ensure all Tech teams are engaged to execute project deliverables and support keeping projects/ programs on track and escalate any gaps to the PM and Tech App Owner/ Manager as needed. •Participate in project profiling discussion •ensure engagement of appropriate technical stakeholders (Enterprise Protect, Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Security Architecture, Information Security, etc.) and outline what documentation is required for each workstream. •Engages other Technology partners (Release Management, Risk Management, Tech Solution Operations, etc.) to manage technical requirements and standards. •Participate in HR Intake Council meetings •complete tech assessments and associated estimates, assist PM to submit intake request to required Tech teams. •Lead estimate delivery process by gathering estimates from Tech specialists and Tech control partners as required for BAU, projects or enhancements. •Participate in business technology risk assessment discussions and third-party cyber risk management discussions with vendor sessions i.e. Vendor renewal projects as needed. •Works with PM to ensure that project status accurately reflects technology progress, risks and issues - assist to update Business and Technology Stakeholders on overall project delivery status through biweekly status reporting •which includes overseeing and reporting on technology project status, managing project Tech team resources and assist.
