We cover accounting, finance and payroll professions. I am looking for an accounts payable clerk for my client, a company in the manufacturing sector. This is a permanent position in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Under the responsibility of the Accounting Director, the accounts payable agent will have the following main tasks: Manage the complete payables cycle for several group companies Matching receipt vouchers with payable invoices for several companies Recording of payable invoices in Genius software Classification and payment of invoices to suppliers Credit card reconciliation Ensure that inter-company transactions are properly recorded Management of multiple email boxes Communication with buyers to obtain documents Support to members of the accounting team All other related tasks Professional studies diploma in office automation, accounting, or any other relevant experience; 5 years of experience in a similar position; French and English bilingualism (oral and written); Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite PROCEDURE: First interview with Romane Dumaine, recruitment advisor, then with the human resources manager.
