Job Description

WalkMe BA Consultant Apex Systems is a global IT services provider and our consulting practice has an opening for a WalkMe BA Consultant who will assist with end to end for the WalkMe application a Top Five Bank. Client: Big 5 Bank Location : Hybrid; 1- 2 days a week in Toronto Terms : 6 Month Contract, Strong possibility of extension or converting fulltime based on project budget & candidate performance. Hours: 37.5 hours/week Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Overview: The BA/ Consultant supports the delivery of new applications and features by developing the strategy and planning for WalkMe solutions that promote digital adoption for banking centre applications. The Consultant is responsible for helping the business as a whole drive user adoption of our software. They’ll work closely with stakeholders throughout the organization, including product owners and Training and Development to create and execute a holistic strategy with a strong focus on user experience. Key Accountabilities: Business Analysis and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify digital adoption challenges. Collaborate with WalkMe CSM contacts to get the most out of the WalkMe tool and ensure that expansion of the digital adoption platform is not hindered by technical limitations. Gather requirements and design effective WalkMe solutions. Obtain consensus from stakeholders for proposed solutions and updates. WalkMe Expertise and Implementation: Become a WalkMe expert and plan solutions to enhance user experience. Create and maintain detailed documentation for WalkMe projects. Work closely with development teams for successful implementation. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for WalkMe applications. Content Creation and Management: Create and update content and WalkMe solutions to support new features. Ensure content meets editorial, brand, and accessibility standards. Coordinate content translation with approved vendors. Technical Understanding and Collaboration: Understand technical limitations of banking centre applications for troubleshooting and maintenance. Collaborate with WalkMe product specialists to leverage the tool effectively. Share product knowledge and assist with prioritization of project-based initiatives. Help build and maintain application-specific content guidelines for WalkMe solutions. Help coordinate the translation of our content through an approved translation vendor Provide ongoing support and maintenance for WalkMe applications Understand the technical possibilities and limitations of the banking centre applications in order to troubleshoot and maintain implementations over time. Continuous Improvement: Analyze user data and feedback to optimize WalkMe solutions. Seek feedback and iterate on solutions to drive optimal outcomes Skills: 5 years Business Analyst or Product Owner Understanding of Waterfall and Agile/Scrum processes, roles, and practices The activities of this role are aligned to the Clarity AgileScale stream As a key contributor to the business unit, this job has the authority to recommend changes to business processes in order to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong writing and documentation skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, SharePoint). Good organizational, time management, and project management skills Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and articulate their needs Knowledge of Build Automation and Deployment Automation tools and techniques strongly recommended Previous experience with WalkMe or similar guided onboarding platforms (preferred).
