Electrical Supervisor

Minimum requirement Electrical Trade. Wireman's license (Candidates with a Wiremans will get preference. Min of 2 5 years of supervisory and management experience. Experience in the automotive/Automation industry. Valid Drivers License Code 08. Own transport is essential. Additional knowledge required: Quality control plans. E-Plan designs. OHSA act. Responsibilities Develop and control production schedules and plans. Ensure targets are met and stay within budget. Coordinate work across the plant or site. Manage multiple projects concurrently. Maintain strong relationships with clients. Order raw materials and components for equipment and manage labour use. Set and monitor delivery schedules. Supervise the electrical manufacturing and installation teams. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Adhere to ISO standards and any additional instructions from the Electrical Contracts Manager.
