Electrical/Energy Engineer

A leading organisation in the renewable energy space is seeking an experienced Electrical / Energy Solutions Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will take lead on energy efficiency projects and turnkey Solar PV implementations, ensuring they are executed safely, cost-effectively, and in line with industry standards. Responsibilities: Identify, implement, and maintain energy efficiency solutions and on-site generation projects Perform energy audits to optimise energy consumption and ensure compliance with regulations Oversee turnkey Solar PV projects from concept to completion Conduct energy financial calculations to assess project viability and cost-effectiveness Collaborate with the business development team to pursue Energy Service Company (ESCO) contracts Ensure all projects meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) specifications and safety standards Requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering 5 Years of experience in energy efficiency and Solar PV projects ECSA Registration CEM/CEA Course Completion PV Green Card advantageous EE Disclaimer: All positions will be filled in accordance with the company's Employment Equity plan.
