Finance Business Partner

Our client, a prominent player in the construction industry, is seeking a dedicated Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic team based in the northern suburbs of Cape Town. You will be a critical member of the finance team, providing expert financial analysis, strategic support, and guidance. This role is ideal for a Registered Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with a robust background in finance and a proven track record in the construction sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full financial function, managing B-BBEE strategies, and presenting financial insights to the board. Duties: Lead and manage the full financial function, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. Ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to support strategic decision-making. Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and insights to the board of directors. Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency. Utilize TM1 (IBM Cognos TM1) for financial modelling, data analysis, and reporting. Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant Experience: 3 years post-articles experience in the construction industry
