Quality Control & Assurance Manager

Requirements: Grade 12 At least 3 - 5 years relevant experience in the food industry Managing Staff Computer literate. MS Office. SAP preferred. Relevant Qualification. FSSC 22000 global standard experience preferred Responsibilities: Management and continuous improvement of quality system through use of but not exclusively, HACCP, GMP’s and SOP’s Conduct internal inspections for hygiene & pest control to meet GMP’s Ensure factory employees meet the given quality standards at all times Responsible for conducting customer audits Responsible for conducting and reaching approval on third party audits from AIB & FSSC. Managing and ensuring actions from all external audits are completed in a timeous fashion Management of complaints system, including timeous response to customers as well as actioning any system changes required Responsible for management and organization of permanent staff in reporting structure. Manage all leave requirements for reporting structure Co-ordinate with external cleaning service to ensure hygiene standards are met at all time Management of Pest Control contractor to ensure infestation-free site Management of reject stock with emphasis on destination to ensure stock is dealt with timeously
