Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Organising, attending, and participating in stakeholder progress meetings.
• Liaising and directing site teams.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Ensuring project work deadlines are met.
• Determining project changes with customer and Project Manager.
• Providing administrative support as needed.
• Undertaking project tasks, including site work as required.
• Liaising with purchasing for parts, materials and plant hire required.
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions to the Project Manager where applicable.
• Create a project management calendar for fulfilling projects.
Requirements:
• Proven working experience within engineering / construction industry
• Knowledge of CDM.
• Good organisation skills, good attention to detail when reviewing and analysing material requirements and costs.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Interpersonal skills, particularly in negotiating.
• Ability to cope with pressure.
• Ability to assess and analyse information.
• Good teamworking skills.

• Be responsible for ensuring that Company QEHS guidelines and requirements are always adhered to and that all incidents are reported in accordance with the guidelines
