Mechanical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead projects valued up to £6 million within the Greater Manchester area. This role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of mechanical installations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing mechanical projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping, from inception to completion.
• Coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Overseeing project planning, risk management, and financial controls.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing mechanical projects, ideally within building services or construction.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
